Falernum

Falernum is a spiced lime cordial from Barbados, traditionally served in a Rum Swizzle. Its main flavours are zingy lime, warm cinnamon and aromatic clove. Our Falernum pairs perfectly with the caramel and vanilla notes found in Caribbean rums, but is also a great match for citrus and white spirits.

Serving Suggestion: Try serving long with lime and rum as a Rum Swizzle, go shorter and boozier with a Nuclear Daiquiri, or mix with gin and cider for the Bristol Buck.
