Bristol Buck cocktail

The Bristol Buck

  • 40ml gin

  • 20ml Falernum syrup

  • 15ml lime juice

  • 50ml dry cider

Build all ingredients in a highball, top with cubed ice and garnish with fresh bunch of mint. Delissssh!

This tastes delishhhhhh! I had a few other ideas but thought that keeping it replicable and locally orientated would be best.
