• 25ml Passionfruit Syrup

• 40ml vanilla vodka

• 20ml passion fruit liqueur

• 40ml apple juice

Shake and serve up in a Coupette. Garnish with half a passion fruit. Serve with 50ml sparkling wine on the side.
