Passionfruit Caipirinha

• 20ml Passionfruit Purée

• 1/2 lime cut into 8

• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

• 50ml cachaca

Muddle the lime with the sugar in a rocks glass. Add the other ingredients and churn with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
