• 20ml Simple Syrup 1:1 or 15ml Simple Syrup 2:1

• 20ml Lime Juice

• 50ml white rum

• Handful of mint

Build ingredients in a highball of crushed ice and churn. Crown with more crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprigs.
