Knickerbocker

• 15ml Raspberry Syrup

• 20ml Lime Juice

• 40ml white rum

• 10ml orange liqueur

Build ingredients in an ice-cream glass of crushed ice and churn. Crown with more crushed ice. Garnish with raspberries and an orange wedge.
