Aqua Flora

• 25ml Elderflower Syrup

• 20ml Lemon Juice

• 50ml aquavit

• 5ml aquafaba

• 75ml soda

• A dash of rhubarb bitters

Shake all ingredients except soda with ice. Strain into Collins glass of cubed ice. Top with soda and rhubarb bitters. Garnish with pineapple leaves and edible flowers.

Non-alcoholic:
